Former England forward Darren Bent believes that Chelsea London's Ukrainian midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk is at the wrong club for him.
"I do think a lot of players could have looked better under Arteta. Mudryk is a prime example. If he had moved to Arsenal, he would look better now than he does at Chelsea.
Right now Mudryk is completely out of the picture, he's completely out of the picture. He's at a club where his rivals have overtaken him and there's no clear structure for him now. But if he even now still moves to Arsenal with a clear plan, he will solve half of his problems with this move alone," - quotes Bent talkSPORT.
Recall, Mudryk moved to Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk in early 2023 for nothing justified 100 million euros. The footballer himself persistently sought to continue his career just in Arsenal, about which he has repeatedly expressed publicly, but the "canoniers" offered for such a transfer a smaller amount than Chelsea, and the Donetsk club in this situation made a choice in favor of the sign "100 million".
As a result, as Bent aptly put it, Mudryk is now "completely out of the loop", but at least he knows where to send his "words of gratitude".
