I think this is a problem. They call God knows who in the club, but not the coach, and only he can give an objective assessment of the player. Because only the coach sees the player every day in the training process.
Football is not just about Wyscout. Football is about psychology, human qualities, and many more components that also need to be taken into account. Numbers are all well and good, but football is played by people, and to know them, you need to communicate," said Ponomarev.
