Vitaliy Buyalsky— We started well, in the first half we did everything we agreed on: scored two goals. But at the end of the half, we conceded. And those who play football know: if you concede in the first or last minutes, you lose confidence in yourself. That’s what happened — in the second half, there was more chaos than football.
During the break, the coach didn’t say anything specific regarding tactics. He said to control the ball more in the back so that their attacking players would run more and tire out. But they understood well, played one-on-one, so it was hard to control, and we cleared the ball a lot.
