According to Tuttosport, Inter and Juventus are monitoring the 22-year-old, who has just received his first call-up to the Italian national team.
The Maldini family name is historically linked to the Rossoneri, as Daniel Cesare's grandfather spent 12 seasons in a Milan shirt between 1954 and 1966 before Paolo also became a club legend, spending his entire 25-year football career in the red and black.
