So now the main thing is not to force things. I still need some time to gain confidence. In particular, to feel that my knee is completely fine. And then, when I finally feel stable, I will be able to join the training sessions with all my teammates. I don't have any serious pain anymore, but there is still some discomfort, which should gradually go away. It is clear that it will take time for the consequences of such a complex injury to stop reminding of themselves. And we are working to ensure that they do not.
Now everything will depend on how the rehabilitation will go in the future. After all, the knee that was previously injured may have swelling. But for now, I repeat, everything is fine. I do running work, but it is difficult for me to say anything about the timing. The dynamics of my recovery and how the doctors will monitor this process will show everything. At least, I am doing my best to get back into action as soon as possible. I want to train and help the guys on the field," said Beskorovainy.
