The Brazilian forward of Madrid’s Real, Rodrigo, is out of action for about 20 days due to a thigh muscle injury, reports The Athletic.
This means that the 23-year-old player will miss the upcoming home derby against Barcelona in the Spanish league this Saturday, the away match against Valencia on November 2, the home game against Milan on November 5 in the Champions League, and the home game against Osasuna on November 9 in La Liga.
Rodrigo sustained the injury on Tuesday during the home victory over Borussia Dortmund with a score of 5:2 in the Champions League, and a detailed scan earlier today revealed the extent of his injury.
It is expected that the forward will be ready for the upcoming matches of the Brazilian national team against Venezuela and Uruguay in the qualification for the 2026 World Cup in the South American zone on November 14 and 20, respectively.
