Former Dynamo forward Artem Milevsky shared his thoughts on the draw of "Shakhtar" with Kyivans (1:1) in the 11th round of the Ukrainian championship.

— Artem, where did you watch the "Classical"?
— Honestly, I was very happy with the atmosphere. I was in the studio, saw everyone! Yarmola, Selya, Aliyev. I hugged everyone. Now I will definitely write to Sudakov. I was really like a ball boy today. Serious people asked me to conduct at the stadium, and I was running around solving issues. Then I went to the hotel to watch football alone, I like it that way. I don’t like watching football when I’m being disturbed.
— What do you think about the match itself?
— I believe that "Dynamo" just bounced back. I am certainly glad it turned out this way, but I am not used to seeing such "Dynamo" at the Lobanovsky Stadium. It’s clear that "Shakhtar" had two more days of rest. I talked about this with Yarmola. He said it was very difficult. These travels: trains, buses. It’s not the same as flying on a plane.
I understand everything perfectly, "Dynamo" found it hard, but in this match I saw some timidity and fear before "Shakhtar." Guys, you don’t need to be afraid of anyone! There are pharmacology and other recovery methods. Why did "Dynamo" only start playing football after 0:1?
Well, thank God, we did not lose. Dario is probably spitting now and spraying saliva that they didn’t finish and didn’t win. Let me tell you a joke. I was walking past the teams' locker rooms in the under-tribune area after the studio. I went into "Dynamo" to wish them luck. Then I walk by "Shakhtar," and here Pyatov comes out. I say: "Hello, legend." I turn my head, and here’s this master coming — Srna — in a suit.
I immediately told him: "I see you dress in Italy." We laughed, in short. I gave Pyatov my phone: "Take a picture of us." Andryukha: "In what sense?" — "In the direct one." He started taking pictures of me with Srna. In short, the atmosphere in the underground was cooler than on the field. I relaxed a bit after 1:1.
— Who impressed you in today’s match?
— Greetings to Karavaev. I saw Sanyа today. What a beauty! He hit the goal with one touch. But it was a rebound. You can write it off to the short time for recovery; no questions there, but I wanted to see a bolder game from "Dynamo."
I also want to praise Sudakov. The number ten of "Shakhtar," besides the assist, worked very decently in defense. I was pleased to see that. I will write to him privately now: "Zhora — you are a beauty, working hard in defense. Well done!".
What surprised me was that Shaparenko did not play. The person came on as a substitute against "Roma," but against "Shakhtar" was sitting on the bench drinking water. I don’t know what happened there, but he should have played.
— What can you say about the pale performance of the forwards of "Dynamo" and "Shakhtar"?
— Honestly, I don’t want to talk about the forwards at all. They played very weakly! If Aliyev and I were on the field, we would have easily orchestrated a combination. Sanych passes to me just outside the box; had Rakitskiy played too, he would have knocked me down, I would have fallen theatrically as I know how, the referee would have called a free kick, and Aliyev would have placed it in the top corner! 1:0. And then we close up, put the bus — victory! Phew. But recalling today’s match, thank God, at least this way — we bounced back.
— How do you rate the performance of Bilovar, who replaced Popov after his injury?
— Bilovar is a beauty! I saw his wife today — Yana Surkis. We hugged. I was very happy to meet her. I had told her before: "It’s already difficult for you with your situation, where else to watch the 'Classical'?" (Yana is pregnant by Bilovar; the couple is married — note A. P.). She crossed herself after my words, but Bilovar did not let down — he played confidently, hobbit (laughs, — note A. P.). A machine! And he earned a red card and dealt with the empty one. And it’s not easy to come into such a game, but the guy works, tries. I wish him only success.
— "Shakhtar's" six-point deficit to "Dynamo" remains. Can we congratulate "Dynamo" on the championship as Leonenko said?
— It’s still very early. I’m glad that "Dynamo" pulled a draw, but it’s not time to congratulate them on the championship yet. I remember during my time in November, under Gazzaev, we had + 10 points ahead of "Shakhtar," and in the spring, they played back ten and brought us another plus four. So, we shouldn’t make hasty conclusions. There are still many matches left, and "Dynamo" needs to earn points to depend on no one.
— Last question. Do you see a second Milevsky in UPL?
— There aren’t any right now. Vanat is not my type at all. Unfortunately, there aren’t any second Aliyevs and Milevskys now. As I said earlier, if we played, we would have resolved it.
