Manchester United has officially announced the appointment of Portuguese specialist Ruben Amorim as head coach.
Photo: manutd.comIt is reported that Amorim has signed a contract with United until June 2027 with an option to extend for another season. The specialist will join Manchester United on Monday, November 11.
Amorim is considered one of the most interesting and highly regarded young coaches in European football. In the past, a talented player, and now a coach with whom Sporting won the championship in Portugal during the last two seasons. The championship in the 2022/2023 season is the first for Sporting in the last 19 years.
It is also known that Ruud van Nistelrooy will continue to manage the team until Amorim joins.
