— Of course, the emotions after the match are positive since we won. We knew that "Inhulets" would prepare seriously against us, just like every other opponent. We expected a good game, a battle on the field — and that’s how it turned out. We are satisfied with the result.
— Did the quick goal significantly affect the further events on the field?
— I think so. Of course, we wanted to score a quick goal, and we did it.
— The team conceded two goals; what did the coaches say about this?
— Of course, the coaches are unhappy when we relax; they tell us to keep the game in our hands and stay focused.
— Tell us about the moment when you "sliced" the ball into your own net.
— I didn’t even "slice" it into the net; after a cross or a shot, the ball hit my left knee. I didn’t even try to clear the ball; I was just standing on my feet — it was more of a ricochet.
— Considering that "Dynamo" won 5:2, did this incident become important in the match?
— Of course. But personally for me, it’s a negative situation. If it happened once — it’s okay, but a third time — it’s not very pleasant. Although the episodes when the ball wasn’t heading toward the goal area and changed trajectory after my touch happened only twice — against "Obolon" and today. And another time — in the match with "Kryvbas" — the ball was already heading into the net; I just touched it on the line. I repeat, it’s unpleasant for me, but I won’t give up; I will keep working so that such mistakes don’t happen in the future.
— Do your teammates support you or joke about it in a good way?
— They support me, but sometimes they joke — they say I’m competing with Vanat. (Smiles). I hope everything will be fine in the future.
— Can we say that today was a good rehearsal before the Europa League match against "Ferencváros"?
— Yes, we are already preparing for this confrontation, and from today on, we will be doing it even more precisely. We analyzed this game, watched how "Inhulets" plays, and starting from Monday, we will focus directly on "Ferencváros".
— The Hungarians drew in their last two matches; do you follow their performances in the domestic championship?
— I watch the match highlights. From Monday, we will analyze them in more detail together with the coaching staff.
— Ahead again is a long road?
— Yes, we are getting ready for this; we leave tomorrow evening, and when we return, we have a match with "Polissya" the next day, so the schedule is complex. But we will try to earn the maximum number of points in every match.
