The Control and Disciplinary Committee of UAF made a number of decisions, in particular:
— having reviewed the materials regarding the inappropriate behavior of the fans of FC Veres (Rivne) during the match of the 9th round of the Ukrainian championship FC Veres (Rivne) - FC Zorya (Luhansk), which took place on October 5, 2024, ordered FC Veres (Rivne) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) hryvnias (for discriminatory chants). In the event of a repeat occurrence, non-financial sanctions may be imposed on the club, including holding matches without fans;
— having reviewed the materials provided by the ethics and fair play committee regarding a possible violation of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play by V.A. Lyutyi, suspended V.A. Lyutyi from performing official functions as a UAF delegate for a period of 6 (six) months (for behavior that harms the reputation of UAF; for failure to comply with the requirements of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play, namely — the obligation to refrain from any actions or behavior that may lead to suspicion of inappropriate conduct);
— having reviewed the materials provided by the ethics and fair play committee regarding a possible violation of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play by O.H. Povoroznyuk, ordered O.H. Povoroznyuk to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 75,000 (seventy-five thousand) hryvnias (for failure to comply with the requirements of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play, namely: to show respect for colleagues, opponents, referees, official representatives, employees of football structures, representatives of the media, fans, etc.; not to engage in derogatory actions towards each other, insults, humiliation of the honor and dignity of participants in the football event, being aware of the harmful consequences of emotional expressions and negative behavior);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the sending off of FC Zorya (Luhansk) player Habriele Eskin in the match of the Ukrainian championship season 2024/2025 FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) - FC Zorya (Luhansk), which took place on October 30, 2024, suspended the player from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for a serious playing violation);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the sending off of S.K. Poltava player Dmytro Shcherbak during the match of the 15th round of the Ukrainian football championship among first league teams S.K. Poltava (Poltava) - FC Kudrivka (Kudrivka), which took place on November 2, 2024, suspended the player from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the sending off of FC Viktoriya (Sumy) player Stanislav Sharay during the match of the 15th round of the Ukrainian football championship among first league teams FC Viktoriya (Sumy) - FSK Mariupol (Mariupol), which took place on November 3, 2024, suspended the player from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior);
— having reviewed the materials regarding possible violations of regulatory norms by FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) after the match of the 12th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) - FC Chornomorets (Odesa), which took place on November 2, 2024, ordered FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated absence of the FC Shakhtar player at the flash interview).
The Ukrainian Football Association once again strongly condemns any manifestations of inappropriate and discriminatory behavior.
