Center-back Mats Hummels may get his chance at Roma as a result of Claudio Ranieri's arrival.
Mats HummelsAccording to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 73-year-old tactician intends to make the German defender the leader of the team’s defense, relying on his experience. Ranieri has already tested Hummels in a three-player defensive line during recent training sessions.
Mats could be in the starting lineup for the upcoming Serie A match against Napoli on November 24 together with Gianluca Mancini and Evan N'Dicka.
