The Egyptian striker of Eintracht, Omar Marmush, has been named as the successor to Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah, reports Swiss journalist Marcel Reit from the German publication Bild.
According to the source, Marmush is highly likely to join the Merseyside club in the summer of 2025. The footballer himself is thrilled at the idea of playing for the same team as Salah or, if he fails to extend his contract, becoming the successor to the legend of Egypt in Arne Slot’s team.
This season, Salah has participated in 17 matches across all tournaments, scoring 10 goals and providing 10 assists. His current contract with the club expires in the summer of 2025.
