After a series of disappointing results against Barcelona and Milan, Real’s management warned Santiago Solari that he could replace Carlo Ancelotti if the situation does not improve.
According to the Spanish publication Relevo, the 48-year-old Argentine has already been informed that if the head coach resigns during the current season, he will be tasked with managing the team. Solari, who has held an administrative position at the club since 2022, discussed the situation with management and suggested possible solutions.
Being part of Real since 2000 and after his successful coaching tenure at Castilla, Solari maintains close ties with the key players of the team, making him an ideal candidate should the need arise.
