The popular internet publication GiveMeSport published a ranking of the 15 best football coaches in history.
The top three was opened by the current coach of English \"Manchester City\" Pep Guardiola. In addition to the \"Citizens\", he has managed \"Barcelona\" and \"Bayern\" and won 39 trophies with these three teams, including 3 Champions League titles.
In second place is the Dutchman Rinus Michels. In the last century, he managed teams such as \"Ajax\", \"Barcelona\", and the Netherlands national team. As the head of the Amsterdammers, he won the Champions League in 1970/1971, and with the Netherlands national team, he claimed Euro 1988.
The best coach in history was recognized as the legendary Scot Sir Alex Ferguson, who is remembered by fans for his work with \"Manchester United\". He led the \"Red Devils\" for 27 years and won 2 Champions Leagues and 13 Premier League titles.
Interestingly, a representative from Ukraine made it to the ranking – Valeriy Lobanovsky. The iconic former coach of Kyiv's \"Dynamo\" and the national team of Ukraine ranked 14th in the top.
