UEFA appointed referees for the 5th round of the main stage of the Europa League match between Kyiv's Dynamo and the Czech Viktoria, which will take place this Thursday, November 28, in Hamburg.
Luís GodinhoAll referees are from Portugal. The on-field referee is Luís Godinho. He will be assisted on the lines by Rui Teixeira and Pedro Almeida. The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system will also be in use, led by Tiago Martins, who also represents Portugal.

In the 2021/22 season, the Portuguese officiated a defeat for a Ukrainian football representative at the club level: under Godinho, Luhansk's Zorya lost significantly to Italy's Roma (0:3) during the group stage of the Europa League.
