“Dynamo” - “Alexandria”: referees. The main referee this season officiated Dynamo in the Ukrainian Cup

The FFU Referees Committee has appointed the refereeing team for the 16th round match of the Ukrainian championship between Kyiv’s “Dynamo” and “Alexandria”, which will take place this coming Sunday, December 8, in Kyiv at the “Dynamo” stadium named after Valery Lobanovsky (kick-off at 18:00).

Alexander Afanasiev

The referee on the field will be Alexander Afanasiev from Kharkiv. This season, he has already officiated one match involving Dynamo: in the Round of 16 of the Ukrainian Cup under Afanasiev’s supervision, the Kyiv team defeated Poltava’s “Vorskla” away (2:1).

The line judges for the match “Dynamo” – “Alexandria” will be Vladimir Dumenko and Yaroslav Povazhny (both from Kharkiv). The fourth referee will be Klim Zabroda (Sumy).

The video assistant referee (VAR) system will also be in operation for the upcoming match, under the supervision of Nikolai Balakin from Kyiv Oblast.
