The head coach of Oleksandriya, Ruslan Rotan, summed up in the broadcast of the YouTube channel UPL TV the results of the postponed match against Kyiv's Dynamo (0:0) in the Ukrainian championship.
Ruslan Rotan— It was quite a combative and tough game. No one wanted to lose — neither us nor Dynamo. There were moments, albeit few. If someone had told us six months ago that we would draw with Dynamo, there would have been many photos and so on. But now the guys are disappointed, they wanted more and played for victory. And that is very important in football. But today we had a worthy opponent.
— What are you satisfied and dissatisfied with?
— It’s hard to say right now. We will look at it this evening, analyze it. But the guys adhered to the game plan. We did not give Dynamo much space, as they use it well. That is a plus for our defensive game. I would like to create more in attack, take more shots, and score. But overall, I think my team deserves a compliment for the fact that they clearly had a craving for victory.
— What can you say about the quality of the pitch?
— You know, for this time of year it’s a normal pitch. We must understand that the weather is like this right now.
