As it became known from Sport.ua, a meeting of the UAF Disciplinary Committee took place today where, in particular, the two absences of the first league FSK «Mariupol» in scheduled matches were considered.
Photo: fscmariupol.com.uaAccording to the source, the «city residents» were awarded a defeat — 0:3 in the match against FC «YUKSA», but it was not counted as an absence since FSK «Mariupol» arrived in Kyiv and was on the football field until the starting referee's whistle.
However, the failure to travel for the match against «Kremin» is subject to penalties: a defeat, and in the case of another absence, the team will be disqualified.
FSK «Mariupol» has managed to stay afloat and maintain their status in the PFL, but problems remain as there are still no funds. Now everything will depend on whether the club management finds a new investor in the near future.
Currently, FSK «Mariupol» finished sixth in group «B», having earned 18 points, and will compete in the relegation group of the first league in the spring.
