Journalist Pipe Sierra reported that the 23-year-old Colombian took advantage of a temporary FIFA rule that allows foreign players to unilaterally suspend their agreements with Ukrainian clubs due to the war in Ukraine.

Thus, Sebalyos returned to Fortaleza, but according to the same source, clubs from the American MLS are interested in the defender's services.
