In the 16th round of the Ukrainian championship among youth teams, Kyiv’s «Dynamo» hosted «Oleksandriya» from the eponymous district center in the Kirovohrad region on their home ground.

In the first round match, held in Oleksandriya, Dynamo secured victory — 2:0, scoring both goals after the break. The current match was also expected to be challenging, having been postponed by one day to give the «white-blues» more time to prepare for the away leg of the third round of the UEFA Youth League against «2 KorriКом».
Dynamo began the match from a position of strength and pushed forward with considerable force. In the early moments of the match, the visiting goalkeeper had to showcase his skills, tipping the ball over the crossbar after a corner and a tricky shot at goal.
In total, there were not many moments in the first third of the match — primarily due to the fact that the hosts made a significant number of mistakes in their passes, which undoubtedly hindered combinational play. However, within two minutes, the «white-blues» secured a comfortable lead. The Georgian legionnaire of our team, Peikrishvili, scored a brace — first, the midfielder redirected the ball into the empty net after a solo run and a pass from Andriyko, and later, he finished off Salenko’s cross from the touchline.
Shortly after, Dynamo could have extended the score to an overwhelming one. Kremchanin's shot from 13 meters hit the goalkeeper, and Gerych, who was first on the rebound, couldn't find the target from a few meters away.
Before the break, the teams played for only five more minutes when the game was interrupted due to an air raid alert. Almost immediately after the game resumed, the guests reduced the deficit. Khan curled the ball into the far corner from the edge of the penalty area, and even Surkis's jump couldn’t save Dynamo from conceding a goal — 2:1.
At halftime, Dynamo's coaching staff made some adjustments, and quite quickly, the «white-blues» restored their two-goal advantage. Kremchanin, finding himself at the edge of the goal area, struck powerfully past the goalkeeper, strengthening his position as our team's top scorer this season in the youth championship — 3:1.
Ponomarenko widened the score. In the 74th minute, a guest defender handled the ball in his own box, and the Dynamo forward confidently converted the penalty — 4:1.
Before the final whistle, the Dynamo players had opportunities to score more. Specifically, Osipenko tried twice — in one case, the ball flew past the post, while in another, the goalkeeper dealt with his shot from a sharp angle. So, in the end, a victory for «Dynamo».
