Today, the Kyiv team is in the lead. But all the struggle is ahead.
Ukrainian clubs have faced such a number of games and workload for the first time. Regardless of the momentary result, the clubs and players will become stronger. I am convinced that the experience gained will influence many processes. On transfer policy, adjustments to the training process, on thoughtful logistics, on the quality and professionalism in the rehabilitation work of the players.

It was expected that the players of “Alexandria” would not be able to recover properly. Ruslan Rotan’s team experienced the European schedule for the first time, particularly with a match on the fourth day after the previous one. “Dynamo” over the past four months tested all the charm of such a dense game schedule in tournaments on their players. And for obvious reasons, the Kyiv team was a hundred percent favorite in this match.
Rotan’s team had chances to score first. The tactic of the first goal could have changed the entire strategy. But that did not happen!
