"Alexandria" entered into negotiations with its midfielder Ivan Kalyuzhny about extending the contract, reported journalist Mikhail Spivakovsky.
According to the source, the "city dwellers" offered the 26-year-old footballer a deal on improved terms. Kalyuzhny and his entourage have taken time to think, since the midfielder currently has two alternative options: he is being courted by Donetsk "Shakhtar" and an unnamed foreign club in Europe.
At the same time, the journalist denied the information that Kalyuzhny might move to Lviv's "Karpaty".
Additionally, it should be noted that Kalyuzhny's current contract with "Alexandria" expires on June 30 of next year. This means that starting in January, the footballer has the right to sign a preliminary contract with any other club without agreeing with "Alexandria".
