FC Dynamo Kyiv announced large-scale changes in the club’s management structure aimed at implementing modern European approaches to corporate governance. As a result, the club plans to ensure stable development and increase the efficiency of its activities both nationally and internationally.
Igor Surkis continues to lead the club, serving as president and responsible for strategic management and shaping the direction of Dynamo’s development. His leadership guarantees long-term stability and focus on achieving new sports heights.
The operational management of the club will be carried out by the newly appointed General Director Dmytro Brif. Dmytro has been working at Dynamo for over 10 years, starting his career as the club’s lawyer. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, he headed the legal department, representing Dynamo’s interests in government agencies, national and international football institutions such as UAF, UEFA, FIFA, and also in the Sports Arbitration Court.
In 2023, Dmytro was appointed vice president of the club, where he was responsible for numerous areas of activity. Now, as General Director, he will ensure the overall management of the club and focus on optimizing internal processes.
Key positions of deputy general directors have been appointed:
— Maxym Radutskyi, responsible for general club activities, including commercial activities, external communications, internal club activities, and various charitable projects and initiatives of the club.
— Serhiy Mokhnyk, who will be responsible for football development, interaction with the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) and the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL);
— Anatoliy Volk, who will be responsible for international cooperation with football institutions and foreign clubs;
Oleh Shkreba has been appointed the commercial director, where he will be involved in attracting sponsors, increasing profitability from commercial projects, and developing the marketing aspect of the club.
The chief doctor of the first team FC Dynamo Andrii Shmorgun has been appointed the director of the medical department, which will facilitate the development of medical programs, ensuring the health of players, and implementing modern rehabilitation and treatment methods for athletes.
Financial stability and effective use of funds will be overseen by Valentyna Heorhiieva, who has been appointed financial director.
Yuriy Barbash has been appointed operational director. His responsibilities include managing the club’s current operational processes. Yuriy has significant experience working with UEFA and FC Dynamo in organizing and conducting football competitions.
These changes in the club’s leadership aim to improve management efficiency and implement new modern standards, which will contribute to the further development of FC Dynamo Kyiv.
