The Control and Disciplinary Committee of UAF made a number of decisions, including:
Photo: uaf.ua— having reviewed the materials concerning the possible violation of the regulations by FC "Koloss" (Kovalivka) during the match of the 15th round of the Ukrainian championship FC "Koloss" (Kovalivka) — FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which took place on December 1, 2024, decided to oblige FC "Koloss" (Kovalivka) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance of FC "Koloss" (Kovalivka) with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely — exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators in the stadium);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of the player of FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) Bohdan Butko during the match of the 15th round of the UPL FC "Oleksandriya" (Oleksandriya) — FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa), which took place on December 1, 2024, suspended the player of FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) Bohdan Butko from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using inappropriate, offensive language towards the referee of the match), of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probation period of 1 (one) year;
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of the player of FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) Ivan Petryak during the match of the 15th round of the UPL FC "Oleksandriya" (Oleksandriya) — FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa), which took place on December 1, 2024, suspended the player of FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) Ivan Petryak from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using inappropriate, offensive language towards the referee of the match);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 15th round of the UPL FC "Oleksandriya" (Oleksandriya) — FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa), which took place on December 1, 2024, obliged Oleksandr Babich to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for incorrect, unsporting behavior during the match);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of the player of FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) Mendesh Kraveyru Vendella Gabriel during the match of the 16th round of the UPL FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) — FC "Ruh" (Lviv), which took place on December 9, 2024, suspended the player of FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) Mendesh Kraveyru Vendella Gabriel from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for serious game violation).
