Former player and coach of Dynamo Oleksandr Khatskevich is one of the two candidates for the position of sports director of Polissia.

Currently, the duties of the sports director of Polissia are performed by Dario Drudi, but he also manages the club academy, and Butkevych would like to have different people in these positions.
