The famous domestic specialist Roman Grigorchuk has been appointed as the new head coach of Cherkasy’s LNZ, reported journalist and TV commentator Viktor Vatsko.
We remind you that the previous head coach of LNZ, Andres Carrasco, was dismissed from his position last Thursday.
As for Grigorchuk, his last job was with the Baku club Neftchi, which he headed from the summer until October of this year. The work of the Ukrainian specialist with this team turned out to be unsuccessful: under Grigorchuk's leadership, Neftchi failed to secure a single victory (in nine matches of the Azerbaijan championship, the Baku team had five draws and four losses).
