London’s Chelsea has suspended its Ukrainian midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk from any training at the club's training facility, journalist Ben Jacobs reported on his Twitter.
Moreover, according to the source, the head coach of Londoners Enzo Maresca has long been aware both of the fact that Mudryk failed a doping test after the November match of the Ukraine national team in the Nations League and of the ban for the Ukrainian to train at the club's base, and yesterday, before the team’s next training session, the players of the “blues” were also informed of the situation.
As a reminder, Mudryk's B sample is currently under review. If it also turns out positive, the player will be suspended for a period of 2 to 4 years.
