On the coaching bridge of LNZ, Grigorchuk replaced Andres Carrasco, who was dismissed from his position last Thursday.
It is worth recalling that Grigorchuk's last job was with Baku's Neftchi, which he led from the summer until October of this year. Grigorchuk's work with this team proved to be a failure: under his leadership, Neftchi failed to achieve a single victory (in nine matches of the Azerbaijan championship, the Baku team drew five times and lost four times).
