The Catalan newspaper El Nacional reports that Xavi Hernandez is negotiating with Milan to replace the current coach Paulo Fonseca.

According to the newspaper, Milan's management aims to change the team’s philosophy and has identified Xavi as the ideal replacement for Fonseca.
