The Catalan newspaper El Nacional reports that Xavi Hernandez is negotiating with Milan to replace the current coach Paulo Fonseca.

According to the newspaper, Milan's management aims to change the team’s philosophy and has identified Xavi as the ideal replacement for Fonseca. The club's management certainly expects better results in the coming months, as Milan is currently in 8th place in the Serie A table with a game in hand and is already 14 points behind the leader Atalanta.
