President of Rovenky "Veres" Ivan Nadein spoke about how satisfied he is with his team’s current position in the Ukrainian championship standings (9th place with 19 points after 17 rounds).

But then someone jokes that we want to play more, while play-offs mean two additional matches. It’s better for us to reach the final in the Cup.
Actually, it’s important when there is confidence in the standings. We don’t want to be hovering at the bottom and fighting for relegation matches. If we don’t achieve this, we won’t reach our key goal — we must aim for high places.
"Veres" will fight for European cups. If you play football, you must set maximum goals for yourself.
Plus, we also have the Ukrainian Cup. Actually, qualifying for a European cup is a powerful signal for any club," Nadein said.
