Bournemouth defender Illia Zabarnyi has caught the attention of French PSG, reports L’Équipe.
According to the source, PSG has already begun negotiations with Bournemouth for Zabarnyi’s transfer. The Paris club is impressed by the Ukrainian defender's performance this season and would like to complete his transfer as early as January.
However, this transfer seems unlikely due to the presence of Russian Matvei Safonov in the PSG squad. It is expected that for this reason, Zabarnyi will decline the offer from the French giant.
For reference, Zabarnyi's contract with Bournemouth is set to run until 2029.
