Ukrainian midfielder of the Spanish club Girona, Viktor Tsigankov, continues to endure another lengthy recovery period following an injury.

Yesterday, the Catalans defeated Valladolid (3:0) in the 18th round of the Spanish championship, but the Ukrainian was once again not included in his team’s lineup for this match. This marks the sixth consecutive match for Girona missed by Tsigankov.

Recall that the midfielder injured his adductor muscle in late November. Recently it was reported that he will undergo the final stage of recovery this week.
