Forward of Kyiv\'s Dynamo Eric Ramirez, who is currently on loan at Argentine Tigre, has been disqualified by FIFA for six months: the player is prohibited from participating in any official matches during this period. This was reported on Twitter by journalist Garcia Grova, who attached a scan of the relevant document from the Argentine Football Federation.
This verdict was the result of proceedings in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), during which the claim of one of Ramirez's previous clubs, Slovan from Bratislava, regarding the player\'s violations of the contract conditions in 2022 was satisfied. The forward was obliged to settle his debt, and as soon as he does this, the disqualification will be automatically annulled.
Recall that Ramirez moved to Tigre last summer, and prior to that was on loan at Colombian Atletico Nacional. He played for Slovan during the second half of 2022. Ramirez's contract with Dynamo is valid until the summer of 2026.
