Statistical summary of the game “Dynamo” in the first part of the 2024/2025 season: goals scored

In the first half of the 2024/2025 season, “Dynamo” played 17 matches in the Ukrainian championship, 12 in the European cups (6 in the main stage of the Europa League and 6 in the qualification for the group stage of the Champions League), as well as 1 in the Cup of Ukraine. In these 30 matches, the “white-blues” scored a total of 53 goals.

Let’s see who and how scores goals for “Dynamo” this season. Here is a list of scorers and the typology of the goals scored by the Dynamo players.

In the first place in the team’s scorers list this season is Vladislav Vanat, with 13 goals scored in all tournaments. He most often scored with his left foot (10 goals). The most frequent assistant to Vanat was Mykola Shaparenko (three times), a little less often - Vitaliy Buyalsky (twice). Additionally, Vladislav has also scored three times with his right foot. Moreover, Vanat has already achieved three doubles in matches against “Obolon”, “Inhulets” and “Oleksandriya”.

Second and third places in the scoring ranking for the first part of the season were shared by Andrii Yarmolenko and Oleksandr Karavayev, each with five successful shots.

Yarmolenko scored all his five goals with his left foot. Two of them were scored from open play - in the Champions League qualification matches. Most of our winger’s goals were from penalties (three out of five) - all in matches of the Ukrainian championship.

As for Karavayev, he scored all five of his goals with his right foot. Twice he was assisted by Vladislav Dubinchak, and once each by Vladislav Vanat and Vladislav Kabayev.

As for the typology of the goals, Dynamo players scored more often with their right foot than with their left. This season, the Kyiv team rarely scores goals with headers, more often - with shots from inside the penalty area. It is also worth noting that our team hasn't scored any direct shots from free kicks. However, the penalty conversion rate is one hundred percent - out of 7 penalty kicks, all seven were successful.
