The famous football publication Goal.com has updated its ranking of the main contenders for the 2025 Ballon d\'Or, which will be awarded based on the results of the 2024/2025 season.
In first place in the ranking is Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah, who has scored 20 goals in the current season. The Egyptian's team is leading in the English Championship and the Champions League.
Second is Brazilian Real winger Vinicius Junior, third is his national team partner Rafinha, who plays for Barcelona.
The top 15 ranking has the most representatives from Barcelona and Real — three players each.
