Lisbon’s «Sporting» has dismissed head coach João Pereira, the club’s press service reports.
João PereiraRecall that Pereira took over «Sporting» a month and a half ago, replacing Rúben Amorim, who moved to work at «Manchester United».
Under Pereira’s leadership, «Sporting» achieved only 3 victories in 8 matches, suffering 4 defeats. One more match ended in a draw.
In the Portuguese Championship, «Sporting» currently occupies the second position.
