Journalist and commentator Viktor Vatsko commented on the transfer rumors surrounding the Ukrainian defender of “Bournemouth” Illia Zabarnyi.
“I am ready to predict that Zabarnyi will be sold in the summer. But I wouldn’t be surprised if it happens in the winter transfer window. “Bournemouth” has never hidden that it considers the acquisition of Illia as a business investment. In England, in the context of “Bournemouth”’s requirements, the transfer is valued at 80 million euros.
I doubt it will be “Tottenham”, for whom 80 million would be a transfer record. “Tottenham” wanted to buy Zabarnyi when he was still at “Dynamo”, but hesitated at 40 million euros. I doubt it will be “Chelsea”. “Chelsea” has about 5 central defenders, all young and roughly the same age.
People have started actively writing about “Liverpool”, “Manchester City” and “Real”. I also doubt that these clubs will be involved. I’m talking about the winter now. But I would bet on PSG, which really needs a central defender,” Vatsko is quoted by the Telegram channel “Vzbiorna”.
