Dovbik and Lunyn are among the contenders for the title of best player of 2024 according to The Guardian

The authoritative publication The Guardian is conducting its traditional referendum of coaches and journalists to determine the best football player of 2024.

A list of 100 nominees for this title has now been published. This list includes representatives from Ukraine. The forward of the Italian club Roma, Artem Dovbik, who was the top scorer of the Spanish championship last season while playing for Girona, is listed at 48th, while Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunyn is at 82nd.
