In the middle of the second half, the Brazilian received a straight red card for pushing Valencia goalkeeper Stole Dimitrievski in the head.

As reported by Mundo Deportivo, the timing of the committee meeting to discuss Vinicius's punishment is a key factor that will determine his participation in the Copa del Rey match against Deportivo Minera on Monday. The commission may meet on Tuesday. Until the disciplinary body makes a decision regarding the incident, Vinicius remains available to play.

Additionally, the 24-year-old player risks receiving a four-match suspension, including the Spanish Supercup.
