For the seventh time, our Association has designated the best coach of the UPL. The ranking is based on five criteria calculated from average ratings, and the Association, together with the Ukrainian Premier League, names the best coaches in each individual round. According to the results of 2024, the best coach with an average rating of 4.54 is Ruslan Petrovich Rotan — the head coach of “Oleksandriya” and the Olympic team of Ukraine.

Among his achievements:

  • “Oleksandriya” is in second place during the winter break;
  • in the aggregate table for 2024, “Oleksandriya” is in third place (56 points);
  • “Oleksandriya” reached the quarter-finals of the Ukrainian Cup;
  • Under Rotan’s leadership, the youth national team qualified Ukraine for the Olympic Games football tournament for the first time.

During this season, Yuriy Mykolaiovych was recognized by our Association as the best in the VBET League after 5 rounds.
