"Napoli", which is interested in signing Shakhtar midfielder Georgiy Sudakov, will not be able to complete this transfer during the winter transfer window.

As reported by Italian transfer expert Chiro Vennerato, whose words are quoted by the portal Ilvaporetto.com, "Napoli" will not be able to sign Sudakov due to reaching the limit on players who are not EU citizens. Since all spots are already filled, this deal is currently impossible.
