Kyiv’s «Dynamo» continues preparations for the second part of the season at a training camp in Turkey. On the third day of the camp, the "white-blues" held two training sessions.
The morning began with strength work, for which the coaching staff prepared various strength stations for the players directly on the field—with dumbbells, barbells, and other equipment. Then came the ball work. During one of the exercises, dividing into groups of six, the players competed in a mini-relay.
The evening training started with running work. The players, divided into groups, had to run a certain distance at a set pace. In the first days of the camp, players often have to deal with interval running.
The ball work began with practicing passes and movements in groups. Then all field players worked on ball control in one common group, divided into two teams with several neutrals. At this time, the goalkeepers worked separately.
During the final part of the session, players were divided into groups according to their positions—while defenders worked without goals on defensive structure under the guidance of Serhii Fedorov, the attacking group practiced combinations and finishing attacks.
On Thursday, the "white-blues" have again planned two training sessions. And on Friday, the Dynamo players will face their first match in 2025. The opponent in the friendly game will be the German "Magdeburg" (kick-off at 15:00 Kyiv time).
