Ukrainian midfielder of the Spanish "Girona" Viktor Tsigankov, who is a graduate of Vinnitsa's "Niva", does not forget about his home club. This was stated by the vice-president of "Niva", Igor Gataullin.

“Viktor is the son of my good friend Vitaliy Tsigankov. He does not forget Vinnitsa, and not just in words. The last thing Viktor Tsigankov did (together with his father) was to purchase about 800 balls for his football school (now DYuSSh ‘Niva’). And he bought uniforms for four or five youth teams of Niva. This was six months ago,” Gataullin’s words are quoted by "Ukrainian Football".
