The Venezuelan forward of "Shakhtar" Kevin Kelsi has caught the attention of a representative from the Italian championship - "Parma".

As reported by journalist Daniel Nora on his Twitter page, "Parma" is showing active interest in Kelsi. The parties may conclude a full transfer that would allow the player to finally leave the "miners".
