In 2017, Russian model Louisa Kremlinova accused Milan and France national team footballer Theo Hernandez of rape. The saga, which lasted more than seven years, has come to an end.
At that time, the Russian woman claimed that she had been a victim of sexual violence in a Porsche Cayenne car near a nightclub in Spain. The footballer allegedly pushed her out of the car, causing her further knee injuries.
It took law enforcement only two days after the model's report to the police to stop the investigation. They reviewed security camera footage, which showed that the Russian woman had fallen by herself near the establishment, likely resulting in the injuries she accused Theo Hernandez of causing.
The police also found out that Kremlinova sent a message to the footballer around 6:15 AM, two hours after the alleged rape, in which she repeatedly asked him when he was planning to go home with her.
The court dismissed her claim of violence, and the police began preparing a case against the Russian woman. She was charged with making a false statement about a criminal offense after her arrest in January 2020 under a warrant due to her failing to respond to a court summons.
Later, the Russian model admitted that she wanted to take advantage of the player's popularity, which is why she made the statement and subsequently went to the hospital to examine her injuries and "confirm" the rape.
Ultimately, in January 2025, this saga came to an end, reports The Mirror. Court officials confirmed that Louisa Kremlinova was sentenced to six months of probation and a fine of £1,500 after she reached a plea deal with the prosecution and officially confessed that she had given false testimony.
It is noted that the Russian woman was warned about the consequences of reoffending. If a similar situation occurs again within the next two years, she will have to serve the corresponding sentence in prison.
