Former midfielder of Kyiv’s "Dynamo" Oleksandr Andriievskyi sent a letter to the editorial office of Tribuna.com, where he denied the information of former journalist Ihor Burbas, claiming that he promised the president of the Kyiv club Ihor Surkis to move to LNZ, but instead moved to "Polissya".
“From the content of this publication, it can be concluded that I, Andriievskyi Oleksandr, promised the president of Dynamo, Ihor Surkis, to move to LNZ if both parties terminated the contract, and after that signed a contract with "Polissya".
With this letter, I officially declare that the information published is incorrect and violates my personal rights and interests, as it is obviously defamatory on the part of former journalist Ihor Burbas.
Over the years of fruitful cooperation, a professional, friendly, and trustworthy relationship has developed between me and FC "Dynamo" Kyiv.
The cessation of contact with FC "Dynamo" Kyiv occurred by mutual agreement of the parties, without any financial or other claims against each other, as confirmed by the agreement on the termination of the contract.
I emphasize that the information about me stated in the publication is false, and it violates my honor and dignity, negatively affects my business and professional reputation, as it generates public condemnation against me, and creates a negative social evaluation of my person in the eyes of others,” the letter states.
Andriievskyi provided a copy of the agreement on the termination of the contract with "Dynamo", which does not include any additional conditions. It should be noted that "Polissya" has not yet announced the signing of Andriievskyi.
