Kevin KelseyAccording to the source, Portland Timbers and Shakhtar have closed the deal for Kelsey’s transfer, agreeing on a fee of 6 million dollars for the forward.
Last year, Kelsey played on loan for another MLS representative — Cincinnati, but the club decided not to buy out his deal from the miners.
Additionally, it should be noted that Shakhtar acquired Kelsey in 2023.
