The first team of «Dynamo» continues its training camp in Turkey. After two match days, where the Dynamo players faced Romanian FC FCSB and Polish «Widzew», the team spent two days in training mode, alternating theoretical sessions with practical ones.
On Tuesday morning, during the theory session, the coaching staff reviewed the previous matches, pointing out mistakes to the players. In the evening, the Dynamo players held a lengthy training session on the football field.
The warm-up was active — with training poles and barriers. During this part of the training, the players performed numerous sprints and jumps. Next came ball retention in squares, after which the team moved on to an interesting competitive exercise.
The players were divided into four teams, each trying to be the first to make passes in a circle among all players in a specific sequence, after which the last player had to score a goal in the small net set up in the center of the field. The losing teams did push-ups on the ground.
The evening session concluded with a mini-tournament, won by the team in green vests. Finally, the Dynamo players worked on finishing attacks.
The club president Igor Surkis is present at the team's training sessions during this camp, and he also attends the team's friendly matches.
On Wednesday, the Dynamo players held a morning training session on the field, while the theoretical class took place in the evening.
The main part of the training began with practicing heading shots. The field players tossed the balls to their partners, who attempted to outplay the goalkeepers, who took turns defending the goal from close range.
Subsequently, the team worked on passes, tactical formations, and set pieces.
On Thursday, the Dynamo players will play two friendly matches. At 10 AM (11:00 local time), «Dynamo» will face «Maribor», and at 16:00 (17:00 local time) — against Sofia's «CSKA 1948».
