Saudi "Al-Ettifaq" is the main favorite in the race for Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah, reports Caught Offside.

According to the source, 32-year-old Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah is close to moving to Saudi Arabia. Currently, the bosses of the "Reds" have not yet offered the player a new contract, and his current deal expires in the summer of 2025. The player himself is not opposed to extending the contract; however, a certain uncertainty allows clubs from Saudi Arabia to compete for Salah.

"Al-Ettifaq," whose coach is Steven Gerrard, is eager to sign the player. Last summer, this club was ready to pay 150 million euros for Salah.
