Chelsea has already received an official offer for the transfer of the Portuguese.
It is also known that Zinchenko is considered by Borussia only as an alternative to Veiga if the German and English clubs fail to agree on a deal.
Recall that Zinchenko has only played 12 matches for Arsenal this season.
